Frequently Asked Questions
1. What does “one-of-one” clothing mean?
“One-of-one” means each piece is completely unique — only one exists. Every item is handmade and designed individually, so no two pieces are ever the same.
2. How does the custom order process work?
Once you place a custom order, we’ll contact you to discuss your vision, sizing, preferred colors, fabrics, and any special details. After we finalize the concept, production begins. Expect updates throughout the process.
3. How long does it take to receive my custom piece?
Turnaround time varies depending on complexity and current order volume. On average, please allow 2–4 weeks for custom orders. Rush options may be available — contact us directly for inquiries.
4. Can I request a remake of a past design?
Since every piece is one-of-one, exact remakes aren’t possible. However, we can create a new piece inspired by a past design, while still ensuring it’s unique to you.
5. What sizes do you offer?
We make clothing for all body types. Each piece is custom-made to your measurements, so we’ll request your sizing info during the order process to ensure the perfect fit.
6. What materials do you use?
We use a variety of high-quality materials including deadstock fabrics, upcycled textiles, and sustainable optionswhenever possible. Every piece is crafted with durability, style, and comfort in mind.
7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each piece is handmade and customized, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with craftsmanship or sizing due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
8. How do I care for my custom garment?
Each piece comes with care instructions based on the materials used. In general, we recommend gentle hand washing or dry cleaning to preserve the quality and longevity of your piece.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet! But we will…..Just wait on it!
